Shaqueh was born in Yerevan, Armenia in 2021 — a revival of ancestral artistry and timeless craftsmanship. Reincarnated by SQ&OD LLC in Los Angeles, it evolved into an international fashion house where ancient Armenian craftsmanship meets multicultural artistery and modern innovation.

Each design carries the soul of tradition, reimagined through contemporary techniques and technology — created for today’s dynamic way of life while preserving the grace of the past.

The Designer – Shaqeh Movsisian

Rooted in Armenian artistry and shaped by her European art residency, Shaqeh envisioned a brand that reawakens forgotten crafts and translates them into the language of modern fashion. Her journey across cultures revealed that tradition and progress can coexist — inspiring her mission to be the bond between ancient craftsmanship and contemporary design.

Her perspective intertwines heritage and function, elegance and practicality, culture and individuality. Every creation reflects her belief that true confidence is the purest form of beauty.

SQ&OD is the creative house behind Shaqueh — founded in Los Angeles by Shaqeh Movsisian and Odelia Dersookiazian, who were united by vision and purpose.
